Hi, I’m Jennifer! A global explorer and coach with a fierce passion for guiding leaders and teams toward increased cultural competency and emotional intelligence. 

My Story

My purpose is to connect and empower leaders through innovative and life changing experiences allowing them to clarify their own life purpose and develop critical leadership skills.

My passion for developing leaders with strong intercultural skills is born from my own high school immersion experiences abroad (in Japan, Puerto Rico and England) and my passion has only grown as I traveled and worked in over 50 countries in the past 20 years.

The personal impact of these experiences drives me to create opportunities focused on intercultural experiential learning for current and future leaders.

My professional work blends my background in education, my passion for cultural exploration and understanding, and my skills in leadership training and coaching.

Throughout my career, my  work has been focused on developing globally minded leaders who have strong intercultural skills enabling them to make a positive global impact in the world.

Authenticity & Transparency

My work as a coach allows me to walk alongside my clients as you increase your own self-awareness, empathy, curiosity, and ultimately your emotional intelligence as a leader.  When I embody self-awareness and self-confidence, I can live fully as myself and be whole at home and at work. This allows me to be authentic in my relationships and transparent in work with clients and organizations.  I believe this is true for my clients too. 

Openness & Non-Judgmental

In coaching and consulting work, I create a space that is open and non-judgmental so that the real issues can surface and we can address the root of the roadblocks allowing for deeper meaning and success.  

Community

Relationships are at the heart of community.  With high self-awareness and curiosity, I am able engage in meaningful relationships with other leaders, neighbors, businesses, and organizations.  The relationships I cultivate create a powerful network of resources and knowledge I leverage in my coaching and consulting practice. 

 

My Approach

 

I have coached leaders for most of my career blending intercultural, leadership development, and individualized approaches. 

My unique Presence-Based Coaching approach integrates leadership theory, developmental psychology, mindfulness, somatic, and interpersonal neurobiology.  I received training with leading experts at Presence-Based Coaching; one of the most respected names in the coaching field and is an approved training program by the International Coaching Federation.

 Presence-Based Coaching focuses on developing the inner mastery and lifetime competencies that enable you to declare and fulfill on significant and meaningful commitments.  I focus on developmental coaching with an eye towards performance-based coaching.  This style of coaching builds your leadership presence, resilience, and aliveness allowing you to get to the root of a roadblock and make lasting positive change.   

Our work will generally include:

  • Initial conversation and assessment
  • Joint development of coaching outcomes
  • A unique individualized program of self-observation, exercises, and practices
  • Accountability for integrated success
